today woke up at 10.30 and yestarday waited for my dad 2 reply me and it took him 1 hr+ just 2 call me and say he comin like totally ................. lor den when my dad came he fetch me and 3 others seniors den durin trainin we did bouncin and bounce until leg neraly jelly lor den some more got sparin sia and i was like so tired and can hardly spar lor den spar wif ruyan and she fell den aft her wei kang spar wif me and i was like OMG so i spar wif him and he was like concerin me all e time and i got no where 2 run den he kick my right elbow damn pain sia and he oso kick my left arm so pain sia but he said tat 1 was e first girl tat did not cry cause his kick is damn hard and he almost back thrust me and i block it 2 times YAY and ruyan could not block sir back thurst so she said i was lucky 2 block it if not damn pain and he oso kick my leg but not so pain den my right elbow and my left arm got blue black and its like damn pain and sir is e first person 2 kick my arm and elbow and veri pain some more and he send me a msg say he veri impress wif my detemetion and endureance
